BAGAMANOC | Day 75 to 76 |

JUNE 29, 2014:
We had a great week! We had 40 lessons and 7 of our investigators attended sacrament meeting! 😃 We're getting the results of our hard work. I know that we can still step it up a little more. Being more obedient really helps too. It's awesome to help people. 😀 We also had buko sessions with Bro. Ronie and friends. 🥥

JUNE 30, 2014:
We did our usual P-Day routines and unfortunately, there's no electricity for a long period of time. We bond at Bro. Ronnie's house. I cooked pasta for them and they like it. We proselyted at night and we are blessed with 6 lessons. Our goal for this week is to exceed the goal that we achieved last week. I know we can do it. We're pumped up! 😃

BAGAMANOC | Day 73 to 74 |

JUNE 27, 2014:
It's my companion's birthday! 😀 We did WPS in the morning and we proselyte in the afternoon. Elder Bacalso planned on having a birthday celebration in the evening. We also invited some members. He asked Nanay Lopez if we can celebrate in their house with some members attending a day before. Sis. Hermie also catered food for this occasion. We celebrated my companion's birthday and we all had fun together with our housemates. We are also blessed with 7 lessons today including Bro. Magin's referral. His part member (daughter in law), Sis. Mary Rose.

JUNE 28, 2014:
In the morning while having breakfast we sat outside our apartment. Elder Moran found a flightless bird and I played with our neighbor's puppy. There's also a cute, chubby, tiny dog in our area in Sagrada. Animals are also a good stress reliever but we have a rule that we can't keep any animals in our apartment so we are content in just seeing them outside. 😅 We had 9 lessons today. I also prayed and blessed Nanay Lydia Ara because she is sick. I hope she'll get well soon.

BAGAMANOC | Day 71 to 72 |

JUNE 25, 2014:
We traveled to Virac today for the interviews. President Guanzon is in Catanduanes right now. This is also the first time that I and Elder Bacalso met the new Zone Leader, Elder Leal. He is a cool Zone Leader and he jived really well with Elder Centeno. We also had an early District Meeting while waiting for our turn to get interviewed. The ZLs also attended our D.M. and the topic was about asking for referrals. It went well and we learned different ways of it. My interview went well and the most memorable thing is when I share our recent experiences in our area. I also told that being exactly obedient is way better than being selective obedient. Pres. Guanzon was happy with my progress as a missionary. He also notices the progression of our work in our area. 😀 The best thing that happened tonight is when Pres. Guanzon treats us (all Catanduanes missionaries) dinner at Blossoms. We can order all we can eat. It's awesome! Blossoms' food and beverages are great! 😍

JUNE 26, 2014:
It was a rainy day. This is our first time traveling in the boat while raining. The waves are kinda high. 😨 We arrived safely. We rest a little bit and we still work afterward even though we're really tired from the long travel. We are blessed with 6 lessons. 😊

BAGAMANOC | Day 69 to 70 |

JUNE 23, 2014:
We did our usual P-Day routines. Studies, laundry, e-mail, report, and relaxing. We proselyted at night and we taught first our progressing investigators (Sis. Lovely, Sis. Laila, and the Tuquero Siblings). We are blessed with 6 lessons today. 😀


JUNE 24, 2014:
We had a companionship exchange with the SV Elders and my companion for today is my batchmate, Elder Irabon. We worked in their area here in Minaili while my companion and Elder Moran is in Sagrada. We did a lot of tracting in the morning. In the afternoon we taught the Garcia Family, Lanon Family, Jomar, Leni, and Monica. Most of them are I'm familiar with. It's nice to have a chance to teach other members and investigators of our branch that is not in my area. 😀

At night, Pres. Gerry Molina and his wife Sis. Veny worked with us and we visited and taught the Idanan Family (all investigators). The spirit is really there during our lesson and the testimonies of every one were great. 😇 I hope they will all progress and be baptized. It was a great day overall and I'm glad to be a companion with my batchmate for a day. Elder Irabon is a very diligent and caring missionary in their investigators.

BAGAMANOC | Day 66 to 68 |

JUNE 20, 2014:
Six months! 1/4 of my mission life already. 😎 I received a pouch from Sis. Oliva (batchmate/MTC district mate) and has a planner case. I'm surprised and happy about it. All of us in Ether District (our MTC District) are all close even though we're in different parts of the Philippines. I miss them. I also got a B.R. page from Sis. Myrna.


It's been a long time since we have morning work and it's really a blessing for us because we had an effective teaching moment with Sis. Laila. I hope she'll progress more with the help of her member husband. We had lunch with the Candelaria Family. Sis. Nancy and her family are also nice to us. I like the fish that they are calling good fish. It's really good. 😊 We also help Bro. Robert about his concerns about becoming a missionary. It was a great day again overall and we had another 10 lessons. It's a 3-day streak now! 😃


JUNE 21, 2014:
We did the Weekly Planning Session in the morning. In the afternoon we attended Nanay Lopez's granddaughter (K.C.) birthday party. The Lopez Family invited us and there are a lot of kids who attended the party and they are all having fun. There's a lot of food too.

Our stomachs were really happy thanks to the Lopez Family (Sis. Hermie, Bro. Magin, Sis. Matet, Sis. Shane, Sis. Hermaine, Sis. Gina, and the birthday celebrant K.C.). 😄 We did missionary work after the party and we met another new investigator and she's the sister of our recent converts. I hope she'll progress. We had our dinner at the Santelices Family. Thanks to Sis. Sally Jeane.

JUNE 22, 2014:
Sunday school is a little bit different today. There's a new class for investigators and recent converts. Sis. Veny (wife of Branch Pres. Molina) had a fun and different approach this time in teaching in the combined class so all the members have a role and participation. She grouped us and I'm with Sis. Lovely, her husband Bro. Dandan, Sis. Vergie and Nanay Ara. Our topic was about trust and faith in the Lord and we delivered it well. We had a great week in missionary work. We achieved the standard of excellence! 😀
