BAGAMANOC | Day 161 to 162 |

SEPTEMBER 23, 2014:
Another long travel to Albay. We have missionary leadership training tomorrow for the northern zones. I traveled with E. Centeno (ZL), E. Fifita (ZL), S. Ogden (STL), S. Jovillano (STL), E. Agbayani (Virac DL), and E. Ardon (San Andres DL). My companion is in Bato right now together with E. Peterson and E. Benson. Unlike last time, we stayed in the Daraga/Office Elders apartment instead of Tabaco. We also went to the mission office at night. It's my first time to be in there.

SEPTEMBER 24, 2014:
This was my second MLT, I was present at the very first one and I'm not a leader at that time but my companion was. All the mission leaders in Catanduanes, Legazpi, Tabaco, Guinobatan, and Ligao are all in attendance. It was a good meeting overall. I learned many things about how to become a better leader. It was important for me because I'm just a new District Leader. There's a lot of missionaries around and I only knew a few of them so it's kinda awkward for me to socialize and I'm not really good at interacting with others. I'm still developing my social skills. 😅 There's a lot of great missionary leaders around and I'm listening to their experiences, insights, advice, and stories.
