BAGAMANOC | Day 7 to 9 |

APRIL 22, 2014:
My body is sore after playing basketball yesterday. I also have a sunburn and I'm reddish today. Stretching is really important before doing some physical activities. 😅 I also didn't sleep well last night because there is a drunk man at the funeral in front of our apartment that was singing all night long until morning. It was torture, you can't really sleep. Sigh. 😩

In our morning work, we taught our recent converts, the Gonzales siblings. After that, we also taught Elijah. Elijah is a smart kid and he is a recent convert who always wants to learn. In the afternoon we met the Calderon Family in Sagrada for the first time. They are all members and we also shared some messages with them. We also taught Sis. Daisy for the first time since I arrived. In the evening we met a part member family, the Salvador Family. We also shared some teaching gospel to them. We finish our night by teaching the Tolin siblings, they are youth members.

 APRIL 23, 2014:
Today was our best work so far as a companionship. We had 9 lessons all day even though it's raining most of the time. We met a lot of recent converts and less-actives. The daughter of Bro. Lopez (First Counselor) just arrived. She's a newly returned missionary from Hong Kong. It was an awkward moment when she listened and observed while we are teaching one of the recent converts in front of their house. Haha. It's kind of intimidating because she's way more experienced than us. 😅

When we are about to call it a day and return to our apartment, heavy rainfalls down. Flood started to rise up. We tried to walk across the bridge but the water current of the river is too strong and there's no light also on most of the road here. It's dangerous so we decided to return to Sagrada and Bro. Lopez told us to stay for a while until it stops raining. Several minutes later when the rain got weak, he helped us cross the small bridge and also lend us flashlights. We are thankful for Bro. Lopez help.

APRIL 24, 2014:
One of our ZLs is here today, Elder Centeno. He came with E. Boysillo (a temporary companion). Elder Webb can't go here because the foreigner is not allowed right now in this area for safety purposes. In the morning during our exercise, we played basketball and this time my teammates are the SV Elders (Moran & Bagaoisan). We won against E. Centeno's team. 😎 Later on, we had District Meeting and at lunchtime Elder Moran cooked for us. He is a good cook, especially in the pork dishes!

In the afternoon we had exchanges and Elder Centeno went with us (Sagrada Elders). I learned a lot from him today. Especially in different ways of asking for referrals. He is a good missionary as you can expect from a Zone Leader. He is also cool and nice to us.
