LEGAZPI | Arrival |

JANUARY 1, 2014:
We travel from Manila to Legazpi via Philippine Airlines. Mixed emotions, excited, and slightly nervous at the same time. 😅 Philippines Legazpi mission here we come!

They are my arrival batch mates (Right to Left): E. Peregrino, E. Irabon, E. Andrada, E. Savedra, S. Aberin, E. Aguilando, S. Atienza, S. Seiuli, E. Emperador, S. Villeza, E. Mautatia and S. Abasanta.
My MTC district mate, Elder Savedra.
We have additional batch mates who came from the U.S. (At the top, from left to right): E. Rennaker, E. LeFevre & E. Rilloraza. The other three had delayed flights and they are S. Erickson, E. English, and E. Whitney.
Less than an hour flight from Manila to Legazpi.
Woah! The famous Mayon Volcano! 😍
Touch down, Legazpi, Albay.
First photo with Mayon. 😁

President Guanzon and the office elders welcomed us at the airport and after that, we went straight to Legazpi Stake Center. They introduced their selves first. President Guanzon is our Mission President, Sister Guanzon is the one who will take care of our health. Couple missionaries Elder & Sister Nelson (Self-reliance/Career), Elder & Sister Wilcox (Supplies/BCR), Assistants to President E. Madsen & E. Brown, E. Poulton (Finance) & E. Quinto (Secretary). After that all of us trainees had been oriented. We also bear our first testimonies as a missionary.

I will be assigned in Comun Group and my first area is Tabaco, Albay. That will be my birthplace as a missionary. I'm looking forward to helping my first area. 😊
